These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RemindFlow (“Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Overview

RemindFlow is a web-based payment management system designed to help professionals manage invoices, payment follow-ups, and escalation workflows. The Service assists with communication and tracking but does not guarantee payment collection or client compliance.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RemindFlow. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility.

3. Free Trial & Subscription Plans

RemindFlow may offer a free trial for new users. The duration and scope of the trial will be clearly stated at signup. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription as per the selected plan.

4. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Subscription fees are listed on our pricing page and are billed in advance. Payments are processed via Razorpay or another authorized payment provider. We do not store your card or UPI details. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the website.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

Violating any applicable law or regulation
Sending unlawful, abusive, or misleading communications
Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
Reverse engineering or disrupting the Service

6. Third-Party Services

RemindFlow may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways or messaging platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services, and their use is governed by their respective terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to RemindFlow, including design, software, content, and branding, belongs to Vedant Kumar Koram unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

RemindFlow provides tools to assist with payment management but does not guarantee successful payment recovery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or business interruptions.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, non-payment, misuse, or if required by law. Termination does not waive any outstanding payment obligations.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
